- We submit completed Request for Proposal and Employee Census to insurance companies for quotes.
Report Preparation
- We analyze the proposals and summarize each coverage on a single page with rates, benefits and monthly costs.
Report Presentation
- You will receive a report with the most competitive proposals and will make specific recommendations on most suitable plan(s) for your employees.
Implementation Process
- We will then draft an Employee Announcement Letter, Summary of Benefits and conduct employee enrollment meetings.
Service
- You will have access to continuous ongoing customer support to resolve service issues that develop during the year.
